Tractor Work
1). Lot Clearing/Tree Removal - in an environmentally conscious
way, trees and brush are removed, remaining trees are trimmed
up to six feet, rock and excess material is removed, and vegetation is scraped
from building pad.
2). Light excavation - lot is to cut the required dimensions
and the material is removed.
3). Rough Grade - after the slab is poured, removal of all
debris and grading the lot is to establish proper drainage, fill
material delivered if necessary.
4). All exterior cleans - all general cleans, frame, drywall,
masonry and spot cleans during the building process.
5). Final grades - prior to landscape, sandy loam is applied
to establish drainage, yard is raked and ready for sod.
6). Debris removal/haul-off - removal of any construction
debris, including trees/brush, concrete, scrap lumber, sheetrock,
used masonry materials, etc.
7). Sandy loam/fill material - material delivered, including
sandy loam, gravel, 3x5 “bull rock”, screenings, decomposed granite,
road base, etc.
