Erosion Control
1). Silt Fence - includes the supervised installation of EPA, City of Austin required sediment control fences. Silt Fence material and installation is installed to area specs and code. “See Link”
2). Orange Safety Fence - installation of only Heavy Duty Orange Fence. This fence is more durable and lasts longer than typical light duty orange fence making it much more cost effective.
3). Curlex - or Erosion Control blanket, is a bio-degradable mesh laid and stapled over erosion proned area to stabilize sediment.
4). Chain link - used as a barrier between active and inactive construction sites, or around trees for tree protection.
5). 2x4 Tree Protection - used to protect trees. Boards are wrapped around tree to guard against damage during the building process. Trees of significant importance can be wrapped with 2x4s and chain link installed around tree drip line, offering maximum protection for the entire tree including the root system.
6). Curb Inlet Protection - filters are placed over curb inlets as a secondary protective measure for sediment control, secured with sandbags, can be cleaned and reused.
7). Bull Rock Construction Entrances - driveway is cut behind curb, 3x5 rock is installed behind curb to the reduce the amount of mud/sediment transferred to road in wet conditions.
8). Repairs - all materials installed can be repaired at a lesser price if in fair condition.
